Ceragon PointLink Access is a dual-axis stabilized wireless platform for vessels and offshore sites, supporting LTE, Wi-Fi, and microwave in a compact design.
Ceragon PointLink Access | Stabilized Multi-Mode Wireless for Maritime and Offshore Operations
Ceragon’s PointLink Access is a compact, stabilized marine-grade wireless platform designed for reliable broadband connectivity on moving vessels, remote platforms, and offshore operations. Supporting Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) topologies, it integrates LTE/4G (licensed), Wi-Fi (unlicensed), and microwave (licensed/unlicensed) radios into a single lightweight unit.
Engineered for high availability in dynamic sea conditions, PointLink Access uses dual-axis stabilization with pitch/roll compensation up to +80/-30 degrees, guided by motion sensors and GPS heading data. The advanced control system ensures constant directional alignment for optimal link performance, even during vessel movement or adverse weather.
Housed in a durable 60 cm radome, the system includes antenna, modem, and protective housing in a single ultra-light enclosure (~25 kg), saving valuable deck space and simplifying installation.
Ideal for smaller vessels, mobile users, and distributed offshore networks, it supports automatic sector handoff and multi-homing for seamless roaming across large coverage areas—perfect for crew connectivity, telemetry, and safety systems.
